When I was a buyer, she made sure to understand what I was looking for and her knowledge of the market made for an efficient use of time. Representing me as a seller, she performed a very helpful overview of the market with a comparable property analysis which was spot on. In addition, her advice on when to list the property and how to negotiate with potential buyers was most helpful. Her list for related service providers (attorneys, mortgage bankers, inspectors, etc.) was excellent.
