We actively sought out Becky because she was the one who sold our house to us! She did such a phenomenal job showing the house to us that my partner and I knew right away that if we were ever to sell, we would request her help. She did her due diligence and researched the area to figure out the best time and listing price. She was there every step of the way in organizing the staging of the house, from the pre-planning, to when the movers arrived, to afterwards. She was meticulous in every last detail and we were so impressed with how well she designed the space in a simplistic yet cozy, and welcoming way. During the showings she engaged potential buyers and kept us updated after each showing day. She found contractors who did the work well and when we had to move prior to the house being sold, she was there to help take care of the building to maintain the sale potential. Throughout it all, even when the market was confusingly slow for our area, she remained calm and optimistic, and collaborated with us fully on all the next steps so that we were always comfortable with the decisions made. There was NEVER any pressure to do it a specific way; she offered sage advice and we always worked through them together. We are extremely happy that Becky was there to help us through this home sale and could not be more sure that we made the right choice.
